    1 lb ground turkey
    1 Bell Pepper - chopped
    1 Sweet Onion - chopped
    1 clove Garlic
    1 tbsp Hot Sauce
    1 tsp Black Pepper
    1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
    1 tbsp Chili Powder
    1 tsp Onion Powder
    2 14.5 oz cans Del Monte Diced Tomatoes with Onion and Garlic
    1.52 Cup Whole Wheat Macaroni
    Light Sour Cream
    Kraft 2% Cheddar Cheese


Brown ground turkey - drain. Add the bell pepper, onion, minced garlic, onion powder, red pepper flakes and pepper. Saute until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add 2 cans of tomatoes, with the hot sauce and the macaroni. Add a little water, 1 tbsp at a time if too dry. Simmer over medium-low heat until macaroni is cooked to desired tenderness. Serve with 1tbsp light sour cream and sprinkle with the reduced fat cheddar cheese.

    In lieu of delmonte tomatoes, I used Rotel for a bit more zest. Also don't forget the chili powder. - 12/12/10
