Introduction
Just nuke it all Just nuke it allNumber of Servings: 1
Ingredients
-
2oz Whole Wheat spaghetti
1/2 cup imitation crab
1 cup frozen broccoli
3/4 cup frozen carrots
1/4 cup bottled Alfredo sauce (I use the classico roasted garlic since it isn't too bad)
Directions
- Bring water to a boil on stove and start cooking spaghetti
- Cook frozen broccoli and carrots in microwave for 2 to 3 minutes
- Cook imitation crab in microwave for 90 seconds
- Mix up broccoli and carrots and cook in microwave for another 2 to 3 minutes
- Cook alfredo sauce in microwave for 30 seconds.
- Drain pasta and put on plate. Distribute crab and veggies on top of the pasta, then add alfredo sauce.
Serves 1. Easy to make more.
My only note is that I've found that microwaving frozen veggies can be tricky in that sometimes it won't cook evenly, so you'll need to make sure they do that. Or if you feel like doing it on the stove, go ahead!
