Ingredients

    32 oz Meatloaf Mix, a blend of fresh ground beef, pork & veal, 80% lean (by MARSHIB)
    1 link, 4/lb Italian Sausage, pork
    3.25 cup Casa Visco Spaghetti Sauce - NO SALT OR SUGAR ADDED (by VSMCCANN)
    9 cup Barilla Thick Spaghetti (by DARKMOEBIUS)
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 clove Garlic
    1 tbsp Oregano, ground
    1 tbsp Basil
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.5 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style

Tips

Add red peper flakes to meatballs if desired


Directions

Mix together meatloaf mix, egg, bread crumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, oregano and basil by hand. Form into 9 meatballs (4 oz. each). Brown in 1 T. olive oil, drain on paper towels. Drain grease from pan. Cut sausage into 1 1/2 oz pieces and brown in same pan, drain on paper towels. In saucepan, our spaghetti sauce and add meats. Simmer until you are sure meats are cooked through. Meanwhile cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and serve with sauce and meats.
