Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 package Pillsbury reduced fat crescent rolls
    2 cups Egg beaters
    1 cup nonfat milk
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    6 slices of cooked, chopped bacon
    2 cups cooked chopped broccoli
    1 cooked chicken breast, diced
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Roll out package of crescent rolls and line springform or pie pan. Fill crust with diced chicken, bacon and broccoli. Mix together egg substitute, milk and cheese and pour into crust. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until set.
