Number of Servings: 2


    6 oz can pink salmon, skinless & boneless
    1/4 cup egg substitute
    1/3 cup bread crumbs
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1/2 tsp baking powder

    1/4 cup non-fat plain yogurt
    1 Tbsp lemon juice
    1/4 tsp dried dill
    1/4 tsp tabasco (more or less to taste)


Preheat George Foreman type indoor grill. Drain sal mon, Place salmon in a mixing bowl and flake with fork. Add next 4 ingredients (egg substitute thru baking powder); blend well. Shape into 2 patties. Grill burgers for 4 minutes. (or if you have a grill where you have to flip them then do 4 minutes on each side) or until lightly browned. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Top patties with sauce and serve. Makes 2 patties. (can double recipe if desired)
