    3 boneless, skinless chicken breast
    3 cloves minced garlic
    7 oz salsa (leftover from restaurant take out)
    3 oz sugar free apricot jam
    1/2 c shredded mexican blend cheese


place chicken in slow cooker, season lightly with coarse salt, pepper, oregano, cumin and chili powder.
