Ingredients

Chicken Breast (1 per person)
Sugar Snap Peas (around 1/4 cup per person)
White Rice (1 cup per person)
Oyster Sauce (as required)
1 Small to medium Onion
Directions
- Marinate chopped Chicken breast in oyster sauce for around 30 - 45 minutes, storing in the fridge whilst chopping onions, and garlic.
- Boil rice in a pan to taste
- Heat 1 spray of "1 cal spray oil" in a pan.
- Add 1 tsp Oyster Sauce and fry chopped onions until caramelised. Add garlic if required.
- Fry chopped Chicken breast until brown and tender, adding more oyster sauce if required.
- Add sugar snap peas and fry quickly tossing mixture to ensure that they are cooked through.
- Arrange on top of the rice and serve immediately.

For a twist add an egg into the mixture with the sugar snap peas and cook similarly to scrambled egg.
