Number of Servings: 4


    * Beef, top sirloin, 12 oz
    * Garlic, 2 cloves
    * Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    * Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp
    * Pepper, black, 1 dash
    * Salt, 1 dash
    * Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 2 cup
    * Hot Pepper Sauce, 1 tsp
    * Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    * Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 0.5 cup
    * Crushed Tomatoes, 100 gm


Spray a skillet with cooking spray. Cook the chopped onions, chopped green pepper and minced garlic. Cook until tender. Remove from pan and place in a large sauce pan. Cut beef into small cubes and place in skillet. Cook until brown and done. Remove and place in the sauce pan. Add in the remaining ingredients and simmer until carrots are tender.
