Just like mom used to make. .. except with veal. Just like mom used to make. .. except with veal.
Number of Servings: 2


    10 oz. ground veal
    1 package fresh sliced Mushrooms, chopped
    1 medium Onions, chopped
    3 gloves minced garlic
    2 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz,
    1 tbsp Mayonnaise, Hellman's Light,
    Dash of your choice of hot sauce
    1 tsp Low sodium Soy sauce
    2 tbsp Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain
    spices of your choice


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

1. Saute onions, mushrooms and garlic until soft.
2. Let cool and add to ground veal.
3. Mix in ketchup, mayo, soy sauce, hot sauce, bread crumbs and any additional spices.
4. Mix well (by hand) and mold in loaf.
5. Spray pan with PAM and bake for approx 50 minutes (I have an electric stove which I hate so you need to watch your oven).

Serve with mashed cauliflower or your choice of side dish.
