    1 tsp sesame oil
    1 onion, minced
    2 Tbsp minced garlic
    4 cups shredded cabbage
    4 cups grated carrots
    1 chicken breast, boneless, skinless
    24 egg roll wrappers
    2 Tbsp soy sauce


Finely mince raw chicken. Put 1 tsp sesame oil in pan, add chicken and onion and cook thoroughly.
Once chicken is cooked well, add carrots, celery, cabbage, garlic, and soy sauce cooking until veggies are soft but not fully cooked.
Wrap approx 2 Tbsp of filling in each egg roll.
Once egg rolls are wrapped, brown or toast them quickly on each side. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for approx 20 minutes.
Makes 24 egg rolls. 4 egg rolls per serving.
