Introduction

Ingredients

1 can (12 oz) yields Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned
1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
.5 cup 2% Milk,
2 cup Whole Wheat Spiral Pasta
1 cup Tomato Sauce
16 oz Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey
Directions
!.) Start boiling water for the pasta.
2.) Heat up the stove and put the ground turkey in the pain and start dividing it up and brown.
3.) Once water is boiling add 2 cups of any kind of pasta. I like the whole wheat spiral, but you can use elbow, bow tie, etc.
4.) Finish browning the meat and add seasoning. You season this to taste. I usually either add taco seasoning packet, or homemade taco seasoning (Onion Powder, Johnny salt and some Cayenne Pepper.)

6.) Check pasta tell it is almost done (but not quite) and add to pan. Boil to a simmer and then let sit for five or so minutes. (Until sauce thickens
