    .5 serving Kroger Greek Nonfat Yogurt Plain - 1 Cup
    1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    0.5 cup Baby Carrot (by NIGHTAIR)
    .75 cup Blackberries, fresh
    1 cup, chopped Kale
    .33 tbsp Honey
    .25 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats

Tips

Blend well. Add some ice and water if desired
