    1 cup water
    1 cup strawberries (about 8)
    2 medium bananas
    1 mango
    4 ice cubes


put water and strawberries in blender
add bananas one at a time and blend in between
add chopped mango without skin blend well
add ice cubes blend
pour and enjoy
