    1- 2 pakages vegetarian grounds I used Quorn
    1 1/2 Tbs olive oil
    1/2 onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1 14 1/2oz can stewed tomatoes
    1/2 to 1cup Patsy's Fra Diavolo sauce


Saute onion and garlic in olive oil
Add grounds cook until defrosted
add stewed tomatoes and Fra Diavolo sauce
Cook until heated

Serve over rice, noodles, on a roll or on a slice of bread as an open sandwich
