Chewy ,wonderfully sweet cookies. Having one may not be enough! Chewy ,wonderfully sweet cookies. Having one may not be enough!

    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 stick Butter, unsalted
    1 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    1 cup Granulated Sugar
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    2 cup Oat Meal (Quaker Oats - Old Fashioned - dry)
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    .50 tsp Baking Powder
    .50 tsp Morton Salt
    8 oz PLANTERS Fancy Whole Cashews with Sea Salt (Jumbo Cashews)
    16 tbsp Heath Bit's O Brickle toffee chips (by QUICKKITTY)
    10 tbsp Nestle` BUTTERSCOTCH Morsels


Note: Cashews NEED to be toasted. Instructions on HOW TO do this is INCLUDED in recipe.


1. Mix butter and sugars together.
2.Add the rest of the ingredients EXCEPT the cashews.
3. Cashews need to be toasted. ~Put them CHOPPED into PIECES on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake @ 350 degrees Farenheit for 8-12 minutes.Take out of oven and let cool. Then,put into rest of cookie mixture.
4. Drop by rounded tbsp. 3" apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
5.Bake @ 350 degrees Farenheit for 14 minutes.
6.Cool fo2 minutes on wire racks or wax paper sheet . Do NOT use paper towels to cool cookies as they stick to them and make them hard to remove .
