Introduction

Ingredients

    16 oz *Chicken Breast (raw, boneless, skinless) )
    2 cup,onion sliced thin
    2 cup bell pepper (any color or mixed), sliced thin
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp dried parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp paprika
    1 tsp Salt (optional)
    1 tbsp Canola Oil

Tips

serve with your favorite tortillas and toppings.


Directions

1. Thinly slice chicken and vegetables.

2. Season chicken with seasonings

3. Heat oil in a 12 inch skillet over med high heat to just smoking. Add chicken and saute til cooked thru and lightly browned(5 minutes).

4. Remove to bowl and keep warm.

5. Add peppers and onion to now empty skillet. stir only once or twice til spotty brown(5 minutes).

6. Return chicken to skillet, stir and heat thru.

Serving Size: 6 servings
