    2 tbsp Borden Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk


Put one or two cans into a crockpot. Cover completely with water and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Take out let cool. Open and store in refrigerator when not eating. Delicious and easy. Use for apples, ice cream or anything you would use caramel for.
