Ingredients

    4 cup, sliced Zucchini
    3 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes)
    2 serving Guacamole - Wholly Guacamole 2 Tbsp
    0.50 cup Beans - Bush's Black Beans Reduced Sodium
    2 serving Black Olives - Sliced (2 Tbsp.)
    2 tsp Mrs Dash Fiesta Lime Seasoning Blend
    8 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
    2 tbsp Salsa, Tostitos Chunky Salsa, mild

Tips

Can cook chicken in skillet for shorter cooking time if desired.


Directions

Season chicken breasts with Mrs Dash Fiesta Lime Seasoning (feel free to season as generously as desired) & bake at 350 for 20-25 mins (or until juices run clear). Dice cooked chicken and set aside. Chop (or spiralize) zucchini and saute in olive oil-sprayed skillet until crisp-tender. Layer 2 cups zucchini, 4 oz chicken breast, appx 6 tomatoes, 1/4 c black beans, 2 Tbsp Black Olives, 2 Tbsp Guacamole, & 1 Tbsp Salsa to create your bowl.

Serving Size: Makes 2 Dinner Bowls
