Ingredients

    * Broccoli, fresh, 3 cup, chopped
    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    * Red Potato, 455 grams 2c. quartered
    * Baby Carrots, raw, 453 grams 2c.
    * Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    * *Pork Chops (pork loin), roasted, 20 oz Sliced 1 inch thick
    Rosemary 1 tsp.
    * Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
    * Thyme, ground, 1 tsp
    * Garlic, 3 tsp whole or minced
    * Tarragon, ground, 1 tsp
    * Wyler's Sodium Free Chicken Flavor, 3 tsp
    * Water, tap, 1.25 cup

Directions

* Broccoli, fresh, 3 cup, chopped
* Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
* Red Potato, 455 grams 2c. quartered
* Baby Carrots, raw, 453 grams 2c.
* Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
* *Pork Chops (pork loin), roasted, 20 oz Sliced 1 inch thick
Rosemary 1 tsp.

* Water, tap, 1.25 cup

dice all the veggies
slice and sear the meat
add all ingredients to crock
stir cover and let cook on high for 1-2 hours
until meat is cooked
presentation : remove meat and place on serving dish
scoop veggies out with a slotted spoon

**I made a cheese sauce for the kids ... with a bit of velveeta and milk... then drizzled it over the veggies.
