Introduction

This is an extremely easy and quick recipe to make. It's great with rice and grilled or steamed veggies. This is an extremely easy and quick recipe to make. It's great with rice and grilled or steamed veggies.

Ingredients

    Pacific Salmon ~ 2 medium sized filets
    Butter
    Almonds
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Broil or Grill Salmon until fish flakes. While Salmon is cooking melt butter in pan. When butter is completly melted add almonds and lightly toast in butter.
Serve buttered almonds over fish.
Serve immediately.
