Ingredients

    4 cup Cauliflower, raw
    2 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    .24 cup Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat
    1 clove garlic
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Tips

I use 1 cup of sauce for 1 cup of pasta. Cook pasta according to the package instructions, drain, add sauce, stir and warm. The sauce freezes very well. I usually freeze in one cup packages in ziplock bags.


Directions

Boil cauliflower until tender, drain and place in blender/food processor. Add all other ingredients and process until very smooth.

If the sauce is too think you can add some of the water from the cauliflower or a splash of non-fat milk.

Serving Size: Makes 4 1-cup servings
