Ingredients
-
800 gram(s) Turkey Mince Lean Tesco (by MARIONGR1)
500 gram(s) Asda - fresh Tastes Diced carrot & swede - bag (by NEKEL16)
300 gram McCain original oven chip frozen (by JOEYBOO)
0.5 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)
1 serving Aldi Chicken Quixo Stock Cube (1 Cube) (by NORMAINIRELAND)
.5 tsp Cumin (ground) (by IVORYGRL1)
.5 tsp Coriander, ground (by LEGALLYBLONDE81)
1 serving Garlic (raw), 1 clove (by JOCELYN917)
Directions
Boil carrot and swede chunks. Mash them down a bit.
Dry fry turkey mince with the chopped red onion until it starts to brown. Add other ingredients and mix in the pre-cooked swede and carrot. Add stock cube to a little hot water, then stir into minced turkey mixture.
Boil and mash oven chips. (this time I used them as a quick and cheaper alternative to fresh spuds) divide mince mixture between three equal size dishes then use the boiled & mashed chips to top them. Put in overn for 15/20 mins to brown top. Serve or allow to cool, keep in fridge or freeze them.
Serving Size: Makes 3 servings.
