Ingredients

    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    .5 cup Lentils
    .5 cup Mung Beans
    2 cup Barley, pearled, cooked
    .5 cup White Rice, medium grain
    3 cup Spinach, fresh
    1 1tsp Olive Oil
    6 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth

Tips

decoate the soup with sauted onions and mint before serving.


Directions

Sautee onions in olive oil untill tender, add barley and 2 cups water cook for 30 minutes add lentil rice and mung beans along with spinach.
add 6 cups of chicken broth let it simmer for 2 hours or untill evverything is cooked . add salt and pepper and teaspoon of turmeric.enjoy.
