Introduction

One of my family's favorites..All measurements are approximate. We use steak but pork or chicken work too. Choose favorite veggie mix. Can use rice instead of noodles. Orange sauce is a good sub for the sweet and sour. One of my family's favorites..All measurements are approximate. We use steak but pork or chicken work too. Choose favorite veggie mix. Can use rice instead of noodles. Orange sauce is a good sub for the sweet and sour.

Ingredients

    .75 lb Beef, round steak
    1 package (10 oz) Mixed Vegetables, frozen
    .25 cup Soy Sauce
    .5 cup (8 fl oz) Sweet and Sour Sauce
    3 tbsp Olive Oil
    2 cup Rice Noodles
    .5 cup Rice flour, white

Directions

Boil the pasta and drain while steak cooks
Cut steak into cubes
Dip in flour to coat
Cook in hot oil until cooked through
Put bag of veggies over steak, add soy sauce and sweet and sour sauce, stir
Lower heat and Cover for 5 min (until veggies are steamed. I have also steamed them in the microwave to shave a few minutes off)
Serve meat and veggie mixture over noodles.
