    2 serving Meijer turkey sausage
    6 serving La Michoacana tortilla
    3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    6 tbsp Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)
    .5 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    .5 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
    6 tbsp Salsa
    .25 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)


Dice the veggies and turkey sausage. Saute the veggies to soften. Add the turkey sausage to heat through.

Whisk the eggs, egg whites and milk. If desired, add salt & pepper. Add to veggies & sausage and scramble together. Cook until eggs are done.

Put 1/6 of the egg mixture in the center of a tortilla. Add salsa.
