Introduction

Perfect dessert for low carb diets, only 10 calories, 1.5 net carbs per serving. Perfect dessert for low carb diets, only 10 calories, 1.5 net carbs per serving.

Ingredients

    1 envelope unflavored Knox Gelatin
    20 drops of liquid Stevia
    2 True flavoring packets of your choice (I used True Lime Black Cherry Limeade)
    2 cups (8 fl oz) Water, separated

Tips

Any flavor True Citrus will work, lemon, lime, grapefruit, orange, lime cherry, lemon raspberry, etc.


Directions

1. Dissolve gelatin, stevia, & True flavoring in one cup of hot water.

2. Stir in one cup cold water.

3. Pour into mold or 4 individual serving cups. Place in refrigerator until set.
