Ingredients

    1lb ground beef
    1 cup TVP textured vegetable protein granules
    1 large onion chopped
    2 large eggs
    1 packet onion soup mix
    6 Tbls ketchup

Directions

Heat oven to 360 and spray roasting pan with Pam ( roasting pan w/ slits for fat to drain off) Mix all ingredients well and shape into a uniform loaf and top with ketchup. Bake for 45 minutes or until juices run clear. I cut into 8 uniform slices and then in half giving me 16 servings. enjoy
