    2 lbs ground turkey
    1 onion, chopped
    3 garlic clove, chopped
    1 tbsp oregano, chopped
    14 lasagna nooles
    1/4 cup part skim mozzarella
    1 cup part skim ricotta cheese
    3 cups marinara sauce.
    salt and pepper


Cook the ground turkey in a pan. When almost completely cooked add the chopped onions and saute until they are tender. Add the garlic, oregano, salt and pepper to the meat. Saute for 1 minute. Add 1/4 cup of the marinara sauce to the meat.

Cook the lasagna noodles in a pot of boiling water until they are tender, but not completely cooked through. Put the noodles on baking sheet and drizzle with a bit of olive oil, so that they don't stick or dry out.

Spread a couple of tablespoons of the marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 cassarole. Take on noodle and lay it out flat. Smear 1 tbsp of ricotta cheese on the noodle, then top that with 1 tbsp of the meat mixture. Roll the noodle up gently. Place the lasagna roll in the casarrole seam side down. Repeat with the rest of the noodles.

Top the noodles with the remaining marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven until everything is heated through and the cheese has melted about 20 -25 minutes.
