    1/4 c. lowfat buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. fat free sour cream
    1 Tbsp cider vinegar
    1 tsp honey
    5 oz. fresh baby spinach
    1 medium red apple, halved, cored, and thinly sliced
    1 cup seedless red grapes, halved


Combine buttermilk, sour cream, vinegar, and honey in a jar and shake well to make dressing. In large bowl, combine spinach, apple, and grapes and toss. Add dressing and toss well.
