Traditional blueberry muffins, lightened up a bit! Traditional blueberry muffins, lightened up a bit!
Number of Servings: 14


    1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp salt
    1/3 cup Domino organic sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 cup Egg Whites
    2.5 Tblsp melted Land O'Lakes Light Butter
    3/4 cup Horizon 2% Milk
    1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)


Combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, milk & egg whites.

Add liquid to dry in a few quick strokes - don't over mix. Add blueberries - again, mix lightly.

Pour into greased muffin cups - if using silicone individual cups, should yield 14. Sprinkle tops with a little cinnamon/sugar mixture.

Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes.
