    2 cup Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can
    8 oz Ground Pork Sausage, Lean cooked, drained
    1 serving Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano
    .25 large Onions, raw
    2 stalk, small (5" long) Celery, raw
    1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1 serving Baby Bell Peppers (3 peppers = serving)


A great base recipe . . . can be easily made into chili by adding beans and changing the seasonings.


saute onions, celery, mushrooms and peppers

add to browned pork sausage (DH makes his own Italian sausage from lean pork roast).

add green beans & tomatoes.

Stir together and simmer for 10 minutes.

Can top with Parmesan or Mozzarella cheese (extra)

More like a stew than a soup.
