    2 cans Tuna, Canned in Water, drained
    1 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
    1 cup, Shredded Carrots
    3/4 cup Water
    1/3 cup Mayonaise
    1 box Chicken Stuffing mix, dry
    2 T sweet pickle relish (or chopped dill pickles)


Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Spray saute pan/griddle with oil and preheat on medium heat. Scoop out 1/3 cup servings and mold into patties. Cook each patty approximately 3 minutes on each side.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 14-15 patties (serving = 2 patties)
