Introduction

Trying to make a sugar free muffin.
Not bad but need work.

Ingredients

    1 cup slices Apples, fresh with skin
    2 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw

Tips

I added some seeds to it and it was okay.


Directions

Blend Apple and Egg until smooth.
Add the Oatmeal

Use a mini muffin tin. Don't forget the liners.

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes

Can add something special if you want.
