Ingredients

    7 serving Kirkland Organic Egg
    5 serving Egg white, large
    1 cup Yellow Onion, chopped
    2 cup Baby Spinach, chopped

Directions

Chop veggies
Whisk eggs
Sauté veggies and add to eggs
Pour evenly in muffin tin
Bake at 350 for 15-17 minutes.
