Ingredients

    One bunch broccolini
    One clove of garlic
    1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
    1 pinch red pepper flakes
    2 tsp olive oil

Directions

Boil broccolini for 5 minutes. Strain and run cold water on broccolini to stop the cooking process. Thinly slice 1 clove of garlic. Add garlic, one pinch of red pepper flakes, and 2 tsp oil in a non stick pan on medium heat. When garlic is slightly browned, add broccolini and cook till it is hot.
