Ingredients

    0.25 cup Butter, salted
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2 cup, whole Strawberries, fresh
    0.50 cup Granulated Sugar
    0.04 cup Cornstarch
    1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)

Directions

Mix half the sugar with strawberries and cornstarch, put in bottom of dish. Mix the rest of the ingredients. Spread on top of strawberries. Bake for 45 minutes at 350F.
