Ingredients

1 cup Dole - Crushed Pineapple in 100% Pineapple Juice
1 package Jello - Sugar Free Strawberry Jello
8 oz Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese
1 8 ounce tub of Cool Whip Lite
Tips
This can also be made in a graham cracker crust pie shell if not watching carbs. (Have had this pie recipe in my file for years, just changed it up for low carb). You can use any flavor sugar free jello, always tastes great!
Directions
Directions:
1. Dissolve the Jello in 1/2 cup of boiling water, chill in 'frig for 10 minutes
2. Using low speed on mixer, cream the cream cheese
3. Add the pineapple w/juice to jello and mix
4. Add to cream cheese and mix on low speed til blended
5. Fold in the entire container of Cool Whip. (do not use mixer)
6. Spoon into bowls or glasses and chill at least 4 hours.
Garnish with fresh raspberries if desired.
