    1. tbsp Yeast, active dry, Red Star (by MISTRESSKELLY)
    1 serving Olive Oil: Kroger, Pure Olive Oil, 1tbsp/serving
    3 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour


Recipe is for crust only.
Add toppings extra.


In mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in 1 cup in hot water
along with 1 tablespoon honey
Rest for one hour.

In mixing bowl with dough hook, Speed 2, add 1/2 cup flour at a time into yeast mixture, adding all flour within 2 minutes.

Knead for additional 2 minutes.

Place dough in greased bowl turning to grease top.
Cover, let rise in warm place, about 1 hour or until doubled.

Punch dough down.

Brush pizza pan witih oil.

Press dough across bottom of pan, forming collar around edge to hold toppings.

Add toppings as desired.

Bake at 450 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes one 14 to 16 inch
