Introduction

Ingredients

    1 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Active Dry Yeast (1 packet)
    1 tbsp Honey
    1 cup very warm water

    3 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tbs Olive Oil


Tips

Note: calorie count is for the crust alone

add cheese and other toppings


Directions

In mixing bowl, combine yeast honey and water.
Let rest for a while

Attach bowl to mixer and using dough hook, turn to speed 2 and mix about 1 minute

continuing on speed 2 add 1/2 cup of flour mixture at a time

mix 2 minutes longer

place dough in greased bowl, cover and let rise in a warm place for about an hour. punch down.

brush 12 or 14 inch pizza pan with oil.

press dough across bottom of pan forming a collar around edge to hold toppings.

add toppings and back 450 for 15 to 20 minutes

Serving Size: one 12 to 14 inch pizza, 12 slices
