    3/4 cup malted milk powder
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 cup flour
    1/2 cup cocoa powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 cup coconut oil
    1/4 cup buttermilk
    1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
    1/2 cup walnuts
    1/3 cup caramel bits


In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the malted milk, sugar, flour, salt , cocoa and baking powder. Set aside. In a separate bowl, beat together the eggs, vanilla, oil and buttermilk. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix just until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips, walnuts and caramel bits. Spoon the batter into a lightly greased 9" square pan. Bake at 350 or 20 minutes. Makes 16 brownies.
