Ingredients

    3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    .75 cup Granulated Sugar
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    .5 tsp Salt
    1.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    .33 cup Butter, salted

Directions

mash bananas. Add sugar and slightly beaten egg. Add butter and dry ingredients. Bake at 375f for 15-25 minutes, checking regularly after 15 minutes
