Ingredients

English Muffin, Lite (Nature's Grain brand)
Vegetarian Sausage Patties (Morning Star brand)
1 slice American Cheese (to reduce calories or sodium, can change variety/ brand)
    2 egg whites scrambled
    Slice of onion (minced)
Wedge of tomato (seeded and chopped)
    2 dashes tapatio
    Basil
    Parsley

Directions

Makes 1 serving.
Place frozen sausage patty in cold skillet, spritzed with cooking spray, and cook over medium heat 4-5 min per side.
Toast english muffin (I spray a little cooking spray on b/f I toast which minimizes dry toast effect and doesn't substantially add calories)
Scramble 2 egg whites (I add a few dashes of chile sauce (tapatio is my favorite), add dried basil and parsley, press a little fresh garlic in, and add a T of minced onion and T of Tomato, seeded and chopped for a tasty veggie scramble).
Pile slice of american cheese, scrambled egg and veggie sausage patty inside the toasted english muffin and enjoy!
