Ingredients

    8 oz Barilla Pasta, Penne
    16 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    12 oz Onion, sweet, raw
    5 serving Garlic , Clove Chopped (by GWTEAL73)
    0.06 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    2 serving Milk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value ( 1 cup serving)
    1.75 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
    3 oz Cheese--Philadelphia Cream Cheese 1/3 less fat
    1 cup Kraft Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese

Directions

preheat broiler to high
cook pasta according to box - leave out salt/fat
open and drain diced tomatoes
brown ground beef in skillet over medium high heat
remove ground beef from skillet, wipe skillet clean with paper towel, put oil in pan, add onion and cook 4 minutes, add garlic and cook 2 more minutes, add hamburger back to the pan, sprinkle with flour, cook 1 minute while stirring frequently. Add milk, cream cheese, and drained tomatoes. Stir until smooth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in cook pasta. Pour into a 13 x 9 broiler safe pan, sprinkle with shredded cheese. cooked under broiler until browned and bubbly.
