Steak frittata with spinach and cheese Steak frittata with spinach and cheese

Ingredients

    8 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    8 oz Beef, top sirloin
    1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    3 oz Cheese - Tillamook Vintage White Cheddar 1 oz (by HEIDISPENCE)
    1 cup Spinach, frozen

Directions

Sauté mushrooms, add steak chunks. Beat eggs with milk and scant amount of horseradish. Pour egg mixture over the steak mix. Bake in 275* oven for 30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean and is set up.
