    2 cups flour
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup splenda
    1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
    1 cup 1% milk
    1 egg
    3 tsp baking powder
    dash of salt
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce


mix dry and wet ingredients separately, then combine and stir just to blend. Divide evenly in 12 muffin tins. Bake at 375 degrees for about 20-25 mins depending on your oven.
