Ingredients

    16 oz Perdue, Lean Ground Turkey

    Sauce
    6 tbsp Soy Sauce
    6 tbsp Aji-Mirin, Kikkoman (by MHPHELPS)
    3 tbsp Dynasty Oyster flavored Sauce
    2 tbsp Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar

    16 oz Perdue, Lean Ground Turkey
    1 cup slices Waterchestnuts (water chestnuts)
    3 Tb green onions

Directions

Brown ground turkey in 1TB of vegetable oil. Remove from pan and drain the ground turkey.
Add 3 remaining tablespoons of oil. When the oil is hot, add water chestnuts and garlic to the pan. Cook the mixture for 2 minutes, stirring often.
Add ground turkey back to pan.
Add the stir-fry sauce to the pan and saute the mixture for a couple more minutes, then stir in the green onions.


Serving Size: Makes 10 servings (1/4 cup servings)
