Ingredients

    1 fruit without seeds Lemons
    1 cup Granulated Sugar
    1 cup Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .5 cup Canola Oil
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2 cup Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched
    1.5 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    .25 tsp Salt
    1.5 cup Raspberries

Directions

add lemon zest to sugar and mix, add yogurt,vanilla,oil,egg, mix well.
combine flour,salt baking soda, baking powder, add yogurt mix and fold to mix. gently fold in raspberries
put in muffin tins and bake at 400 for 18-25 min
