Ingredients

    Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast, 20 oz
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    Ground Cumin 1 tbsp
    McCormick GrillMates Montreal Steak Seasoning, 3 tsp
    1/4 c. finely chopped or grated onion
    Pepper Jack Cheese, 4 oz
    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 2 cup, shredded (
    Salsa, 1/4 cup
    Daisy Light Sour Cream, 2 tbsp
    Trader Joe's Blue Corn Tortilla Chips
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp


Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Cut cheese into small pieces (about the size of a large pea) and combine** with meat mixture. Form into 4 patties. Heat olive oil in large skillet. Add patties and cook about 6-8 minutes per side over a medium heat. To serve, place on a bed of 2 cups chopped romaine, sprinkle with 1 oz. of crushed blue corn chips and garnish with sour cream and salsa.

**I find the cheese works better if you cut it and place in freezer for about ten minutes before you combine with the meat. It keeps it from melting too much before the meat is cooked through.
