Introduction

A riff on the traditional recipe. I kept the bananas chunky and used the reserved 1/4 cups of the brown sugar, whole wheat flour, oats and butter as a crumble on top.

Ingredients

    5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    6 tbsp Coconut Oil Organic - Spectrum Naturals
    1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
    2.25 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1.25 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    0.25 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
    2 dash Salt
    3 tbsp Butter, salted
    .5 tsp Baking Soda
    1.5 tsp Baking Powder
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw

Directions

Mix the dry, mix the wet and then combine together. Add to a loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for about an hour.
