Ingredients

    0.5 block Tofu, firm
    1 cup Spinach, cooked
    .25 cup Soy Sauce
    2 tbsp Honey
    1 serving 2 tsps Ginger-Garlic Paste (by BOBBIY)
    1.5 tsp Oil Sesame Hot Chili 3 tsp=120cals by tsp Sun Luck (by MOV4WARD)
    .33 tbsp Sesame Seeds

Tips

Marinated tofu will caramelize and brown quickly. Plain tofu will need to be extremely dry to brown.


Directions

Cut tofu into 1 inch pieces; pat very dry with paper towel.
Stir fry tofu. Tofu can be marinated in half of sauce, or can be stir fried plain.
Add spinach to wilt.
Add remaining sauce (or all of it) just to heat.
Top with sesame seeds.
